Full show editing, mixing, and mastering. Remove dead air, long pauses, heavy breath sounds and mistakes, along with "ums" and "ahs" if they distract from the show.
Background and noise reduction. Audio leveling, compression, and equalization. Produce audio to broadcast standards.
Mixing and mastering of show intro/outro, sponsor ads, show stingers, liners, etc.
Once finished, we'll upload to Dropbox or your podcast host (with permission).* 48-hour turnaround.**

* Posting your podcast requires permission/access to audio hosting platform, such as Blubrry or Libsyn
** 48 hour turnaround is defined as two business days, not including Saturday or Sunday.
*** For episodes longer than 60 minutes, add $30 for each additional 15 minutes.

+ Show editing includes mixing in intro/outro and well as sponsor message(s), liners, stingers or other segments
+ Professionally edit/mix your audio to ensure the best sounding audio production; produced to -16 LUFS audio standard
+ Level and balance audio throughout, especially important for interview shows
+ Remove any “dead air” at the beginning, end, or during the podcast
+ Fully produce your show, removing unwanted um’s, ah’s, coughs, long pauses, heavy breath sounds, or mistakes
+ Noise reduction -- reducing any background noise such as hissing, buzzing or other distractions
+ Audio leveling and balancing to broadcast quality standards
+ Produce a high quality MP3 format file, preserving the highest quality sound to ensure fast downloads for your listeners
Additional a la carte services may be available, depending on my work load. These include audiogram/videogram production, social media graphics, show notes, etc. I do not offer transcription services, but they are widely available via numerous AI services, or human transcription from places like Rev. I also provide podcast hosting through my affiliate relationship with Blubrry podcast hosting.
Don't Have a Studio or You Don't Want to Spend a Ton of Money Renting Out a Studio?
Just purchase an ATR2100 microphone (or similar USB microphone), webcam or headset microphone, hook it up to your computer and we’ll record your podcast remotely. You can even use your smartphone, although I would recommend an inexpensive microphone attachment.
Schedule a time with me, and any guest(s) you want to have on your show, and I'll record your audio/video podcast remotely -- you don't even have to get out of your pajamas, although I'm not sure your viewers would want to see that -- but it'll work for an audio podcast!

We’ll remotely record in high quality lossless WAV format, in multiple tracks, and automatically have the audio files downloaded to our system to get you in front of the production line. This service is based on our availability and normally is available between 5-10 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, with limited weekday hours; and by appointment on weekends.

Our high-quality remote recording solution can do both audio and video podcasts. Even if you only want an audio podcast, I recommend recording with video on. It makes it easier to interview guests when you can see them -- and you can use the video clips for social media marketing.
